warm cookies helpful staff great location dark room faulty shower low water_temperature

I received warm welcome cookies upon arrival. The room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff were helpful. The hotel is close to the city centre. This was very handy for exploring.

The first room I saw was dark. I requested another room, and a gentleman at reception kindly helped me. The shower did not sit properly in its holder and was not hot enough.

staffs was awesome and helped me park so quick. breakfast had like, loads of options, I pigged out. room had two big sinks, I really like that.

gym lacked some blinds, it was very exposed.
